Mobile Education Services

Ms. Cheryl, also known as Ms. Price, is a passionate educator who has been teaching and inspiring culturally and academically diverse learners for over twenty years.  Her professional experience has focused on adult students enrolled in high school equivalency (GED), developmental education, and college credit courses. She has in-depth experience in designing and implementing college-readiness curriculums and higher education transition programs that lead to proven outcomes. 

Teaching philosophy

• She knows that academic success depends more on having the will and developing skill, not on perceived levels of “smartness.” 
• She is dedicated to customizing each students' academic experience to increase their academic achievements.
• She has inspired students to overcome distractions, build motivation, and increase academic confidence.

In 2005, Cheryl started her professional career with  Austin Independent School District (AISD), where she worked at several economically-disadvantaged schools. Since 2008, she has worked at Austin Community College (ACC). Her roles include teaching students, faculty, and training professional educators:
